How does the 60‑minute free trial work?

Book at /book. New students get one free 60‑minute class. We’ll email confirmation within 24 hours and phone availability Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–9:00 PM; Sat 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Bring curiosity — we’ll provide the Hangul cheat-sheet.

What are the typical class sizes and formats?

Group classes: 4–8 students so every voice is heard. Formats include Beginner Conversational, Intermediate & Culture, Intensive One-on-One, and Weekend Workshops.

Which level is right for me?

Beginners: Beginner Conversational. If you already speak some Korean, try Intermediate. Prefer focused progress? Choose Intensive One-on-One coaching.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — quick rules

  • Full refund if canceled 7 days before course start.
  • 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before course start.
  • No refund within 2 days of course start.
  • Notify at least 24 hours before a class to avoid forfeiture; missed classes without notice are forfeited.
  • Make‑up classes available with notice, subject to tutor availability.

What are the prices for flagship offerings?

Beginner Conversational — 1.5 hrs/wk, 8 weeks. PHP 5,000–6,000 per block.

Intermediate & Culture — 2 hrs/wk, 8 weeks. PHP 8,000–9,000 per block.

Intensive One‑on‑One — Private sessions. PHP 1,200–1,500 per hour.

Weekend Workshop Series — 4 weeks. PHP 6,000 per series.

How does online practice supplement in‑person classes?

Supplementary online materials and optional remote follow-up practice reinforce lessons between sessions. They support, but do not replace, in-person classroom time.
